Just spent a few days in Snowdonia with Jemima my dog, I painted this watercolour the day after treking to the summit with her (she loved it nearly as much as I did) Whilst painting, a couple of Mountain Rescue helicopters were circling above the two peaks, it was a little hairy for us the day before, we were unable to return the way we went up because of snow and ice, so I guess some folks were having trouble!
This watercolour painting is for sale for £99, if you would like to buy it please send me an email (include title) using the link above, the first I receive gets it. To comment use the box below.

Wow I love the way you have done this one. Does it reflect the way you felt when you were there?
Life is just a holiday! What a wonderful diary you’re keeping Nigel!
Nigel that’s a great painting. I love the way you have got the sharp edges and the gullies. It’s interesting, in my view, how much better mountain scenes are in watercolour as opposed to oil.
best wishes. Harry

Love this picture of Snowden Nigel. Reminded me of when I climbed it many years ago now. Must go back soon. Would I still be up to it I wonder !!
